Lenka Veselá

Lenka Veselá is Chair of the Czech Tenants' Association, the largest organization representing tenants and other housing users in the Czech Republic. She is a lawyer and has worked in the fields of housing, tenancy law and tenants' rights for more than 20 years.

She leads the organisation's advocacy work, contributes to the development of housing policy and actively participates in legislative processes and public debate on rental housing. She works closely with national authorities, municipalities, professional institutions and civil society organizations.

Lenka represents the Czech Republic in the International Union of Tenants (IUT), where she serves as a member of the Executive Committee. She is also a columnist and lecturer. Her work focuses on promoting accessible, responsible and sustainable housing and strengthening tenants' rights across Europe.
